Societal Problems

Instead of making passers-by comments on the problems faced by in our society, let us seriously analyse where we(as a society) are making mistakes and atleast try to find some solution and bring situation under control. It will definitely take 3-4 generations to find a better India than more worse.

Problem no:1

"Self improvement is what our system/education preaches to our society". This is one reason people are more self-centered. Younger generation thinks more for self progress, they should also be taught to think for the society.

"Man is a social animal" -- We should propagate this idea.

Problem no:2

"Money is everything in the world" -- this wrong idea is propagated at younger minds, which is causing another havoc... hence people are putting efforts to earn money by all wrong means.

Even those who earn money by proper means should come down on their fondness on money.

"Less money is Peace. More money is Stress. No money is Worse"

Problem no:3

Orphans - "Food and education for orphans" cannot be the only charity service...i feel the orphans should not be created. They are unattended by our society at their adolescence age, which is causing serious bother and creating orphans further.


Problem no:4

Another big problem in our society is caused by religions. "Religions are creating more problems than the benefits it is supposed to create".

Nowadays i myself feel non-religious and it is a very nice feeling. I wish more of you to realise this.

"India is still in medieval period" - We should try to bring it out of this.

"Samathuva uzhagam" uruvaaha padupadavendum.

Hope some of us, list out more of the problems in our society and also suggest solutions how much ever small it may be.

If we can put combined efforts on this, then "it will be greatest service we can do to the society and our birth soil"

Whatever possible and within our limits, let us try to do in proper way... we will work towards this without loosing hopes... "manam thalaraamal padupaduvom".

Why not only Super Power?

According to me there is Super power... we need to believe in the super power to lean on and keep moving in our life.... (just like a shoulder to lean on)...otherwise indha Kadavul peraal vandha religion ellame suttha humbug....

Are we working hard to prove what Mr.Churchill said?

Sixty years ago, when India became independent, Winston Churchill said in the British parliament: "What we are doing is not right. Although it is every human being's birthright to be free, to give freedom to India is not right, because the time is not ripe. And within thirty years it will fall a victim to rogues, scoundrels and thugs. These scoundrels will tear apart the country and disintegrate it in fifty years."

We have been working hard to prove what Mr.Churchill said.

Punishment Free Society

Can anyone find one good reason for giving holidays to Courts just like school holidays... may be during British rule, Britishers preferred going to their homeland during Indian summer.

Why to hang the guilty only for dowry deaths?...why not for Corruption and Theft? ...then only we can progress.

Stage 1) In India, the purpose of Law was to punish the guilty. "குற்ற‌வாளி த‌ண்டிக்க‌ ப‌ட‌வேண்டும்"
Stage 2) Later it became not to punish someone who is not found guilt. Please note in stage two even guilt is not punished. "நிர‌ப‌ராதி த‌ண்டிக்க‌ப்ப‌ட‌க்கூடாது"
Stage 3) Nowadays Law is used to protect the guilty, which is the reverse of stage 1. "குற்ற‌வாளி த‌ண்டிக்க‌ப்ப‌ட‌க்கூடாது"

Punish a few for sample with the Capital punishment, then only public may fear to commit crime. I feel that is the last option left to correct our society.

Suryanamaskar

Given below is the sought-after Suryanamaskar, which is often also, considered the shortcut to great body and mind. Dedicate around 10 seconds daily to each pose, and you would be done with the complete sequence in 2 minutes, giving your entire body and mind, both a good workout. It is preferable to do suryanamaskar early mornings in the open while facing the sun to absorb the immense energy this source provides. Pregnant women must avoid though.
Instructions:
1. Stand straight facing the sun with both hands folded
2. Raise your hands over the head. Bend backwards with the hands too going backwards. Remember to bend from the lower back and not strain the neck too much.
3. Now along with your hands, get your upper body to bend forward towards your knees. Attempt at making your hands go down to your feet, touching them and head being closest to your knees. Again, bend from the lower back to avoid overstretching any of your muscles.
4. Bring the right leg backwards with the knee touching the ground. Left foot to be bent at the knee between the hands.. Hands to be in front of the body with the palms on the ground. Look up.
5. Now arch up your body completely from the hips. Keep the feet together and palms on the ground. Head to be between the hands looking downwards.
6. Bring the body on the ground with the feet, knees, palms, chest and forehead touching.

7. Raise your upper body with the lower firmly on the ground. Bend the upper body backwards as much as comfortable with the back forming a curve.

8. Repeat step 5
9. Repeat step 4 with the left leg going backwards.
10. Repeat step 3
11. Repeat step 2
12. Repeat step 1
