Can anyone find one good reason for giving holidays to Courts just like school holidays... may be during British rule, Britishers preferred going to their homeland during Indian summer.
Why to hang the guilty only for dowry deaths?...why not for Corruption and Theft? ...then only we can progress.
Stage 1) In India, the purpose of Law was to punish the guilty. "குற்றவாளி தண்டிக்க படவேண்டும்"
Stage 2) Later it became not to punish someone who is not found guilt. Please note in stage two even guilt is not punished. "நிரபராதி தண்டிக்கப்படக்கூடாது"
Stage 3) Nowadays Law is used to protect the guilty, which is the reverse of stage 1. "குற்றவாளி தண்டிக்கப்படக்கூடாது"
Punish a few for sample with the Capital punishment, then only public may fear to commit crime. I feel that is the last option left to correct our society.
